Managing my Gynaecomastia - Early Ideas
Apart from my breasts being pretty obvious under everything except the loosest of tops, my nipples are a particular source of embarrassment.
I've tried a well-reviewed compression vest and an older compression vest from Aldi - these reduce the bounce somewhat, but are exhausting to wear as they're extremely hot and 'draw' skin, particularly over the stomach area and back. They also begin to stink as soon as I began to sweat.
I'm waiting for a review by my GP later this week and will ask for advice on how to reduce the discomfort and how to conceal them - yes, I will ask about wearing a bra, and yes, I am open to that idea.
