There's a Reddit sub which talks about the experience of sufferers, but almost the entire focus is on surgery, and American surgery at that.
There's a Facebook community, allegedly. It doesn't seem to be maintained as it's impossible to join.
Mention gynaecomastia on Bluesky and you'll get blanked. It's like whistling into the wind.
Despite it being an extremely common condition there's barely any mention of it on the Health Unlocked community.
The nearest you'll get is https://www.gynecomastia.org/ which has a couple of forums relating to acceptance of the condition, but once again, the primary focus is that of surgery.
So chaps, you're on your own.
