What is gynaecomastia?
Gynaecomastia is breast development in males, generally unwanted and unwelcome. It can be caused by a variety of things. In my case it was 10 weeks taking Finasteride at 5mg per day for an enlarged prostate.
The condition has two spellings. The first is the British (correct) spelling; the other with only one 'a' is the incorrect one used in the USA.
